If you see this...


If you or one of your associates sees the above, it may mean the credentials have been entered incorrectly. Please try again, but if this message still appears, it may mean that the user is not authorized to access HD apps at all. If a new hire, we suggest waiting 7-10 days, and if you’re still experiencing issues at that time, we suggest reaching out to HR for help.

If you see this...


If you see the above screen, it means you have authenticated with HD SSO, but for some reason you are not authorized to access the oneFOCUS app you are trying to access.


If you are associated with Rental+Equipment Services in Canada, please make sure you are not trying to access the version of oneFOCUS for the rest of your Canada colleagues. The version of oneFOCUS you should be accessing is https://re.hdonefocus.com.


If you are a new hire, or a new transfer from a different business unit, we suggest waiting 7-10 days as it can take some time for HR to send us your information, and if you’re still experiencing issues at that time, submit a ticket to us.


If you don't fit into any of the above categories, then you likely have not been authorized to access the app. Please submit a ticket and the reason you need access, and we will follow up with you.
