What are Confidence Discussions and how do I complete them?

The Confidence Discussions are a way for Safety Captains to follow up with associates who got a question wrong on the oneFOCUS quiz, but were confident they had it correct, or associates who got a question right but weren't confident in their selected answer. 

Begin by clicking on Reports on the menu.

 Select the module you want to view the report for. You may check off discussions for the current month's module and the previous month's module.

Click Generate.

When viewing a module report, you can filter the list of associates to see who needs a confidence discussion by clicking on the filter icon.

Click on Discussion is Required and then Confirm.

You can Download a list of these associates with the answers they selected. Print it out and have a Discussion with each associate. When the Discussion is complete, you can return to the reports portal and check the Held box next to any associate who has had their discussion.
