If you are required to complete a oneFOCUS module, you will see a link to Get Started on the homepage when you login.

Modules Page

Clicking on Modules on the menu also takes you to a list of all Modules available, with the current one at the top. You’ll see their names, published dates, and whether you have completed each one.

Taking the Module

Once you open a module, review the material, and click Next at the bottom to proceed to the next slide. You’ll see additional tools within the slide for controlling video/audio (if applicable), closed captions, returning to the previous slide, and exiting the module.

Knowledge Check

At the end of the module, you’ll be prompted with a series of questions to review the material. These will vary with each module. Make your selection and click Submit to submit your answer. You will then see your results. Click Next again to continue.

Rate & Complete

After you complete all the questions, you’ll be asked to rate your experience and provide any feedback. This step is optional but highly encouraged! Your feedback is essential for providing the best content and experiences.

Finally, click Finish to complete your training. You should see “All done!” and be taken back to the homepage with a 100% completion bar.
