If you were on an official leave of absence or marked as exempt from the module by your manager or Safety Captain at the end of the month, you will not be penalized if you did not complete the month's module. Your status will remain the same until you complete another module or return to work. Note that months when you were on leave do not count toward the 12 months during which you can only get one incorrect answer on the quiz.
