An associate says they completed the oneFOCUS module and quiz, but the report doesn't show a knowledge check score for them.

Please ensure that the associate completed the oneFOCUS Module to the end and clicked on "Submit." If the user sees 100% on the home page or the individual module page, it has been completed.
